This year's Regional Qualifying took place at 15 venues throughout Great Britain and Ireland. Players who qualified from these events will now progress to Final Qualifying.

Final Qualifying for The 152nd Open at Royal Troon in 2024 will take place on Tuesday 2 July at Burnham Berrow, Dundonald Links, and Royal Cinque Ports. Players can qualify in one of four ways: an exemption via the Open Qualifying Series (OQS), via local qualifying, or if the field size has not reached 156, being one of the leading non-exempt players in the Official World Golf Ranking.

The Open Championship at Royal Troon

The Open Championship is the oldest and most prestigious golf tournament in the world. It was first played in 1860 at Prestwick Golf Club in Scotland. The tournament is held annually on a links course in the United Kingdom. Royal Troon has hosted The Open Championship nine times, most recently in 2016.

The 152nd Open Championship will be held at Royal Troon from 14-17 July 2024. The field will consist of 156 players, including the top 50 players in the Official World Golf Ranking and a number of qualifiers from the Open Qualifying Series and Final Qualifying.

The Open Championship is one of the most challenging golf tournaments in the world. The course is long and difficult, and the weather can be unpredictable. However, the tournament is also one of the most rewarding, and the winner will be crowned the Champion Golfer of the Year.
